Celia Werschulz is a 40 year resident of DuPage County and has sold all over the Chicagoland area. She and her husband met at Four Lakes Village, had their first condo in Woodridge, first single family home in Cress Creek, then Pembroke Commons and now own a townhome in Deer Crossing. Having gone through the downsizing process, Celia is ready to impart the knowledge she learned from the process and help anyone who desires to downsize too. She has also worked with investors, first time buyers, relocation families and more. When putting your home on the market, Celia believes in starting with staging and any improvements prior to the all important professional photographs needed to market your home. A mix of high quality print marketing material, individual home websites and the many internet sites are crucial in today's sales. Celia has a bachelors degree from Michigan State University in the College of Business. She also studied at the University of Kentucky for two years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the Main Street Organization of Realtors, a graduate of the Coldwell Banker School for Realtors and continues to take real estate classes to stay on top of all of today's tools.
